- If email alerts are configured and enabled, the 'Email' button will send an email to the
Contact
associated to the Sale
or Purchase
, provided the Contact
record has a valid email address
- If
Show tax/discount summary on invoices instead of per-item
is enabled in the Configuration Screen, tax and discount rows will not display per-item, but be summarized at the end of the invoice or receipt
- Reporting only taxes will be omitted from the summary
- Item rows will display the item total with any taxes/discounts included, rather than breaking them down
- Reporting Only taxes will be marked as such on invoices, and marked with '*RO' on receipts
